Our Learning Experience Access Program (L.E.A.P.) makes a bold case for true systemic change. Its aim is to construct a seamless college-to-employment talent pipeline by establishing a privatized network of “Work Readiness and Placement Centers” on college campuses nationwide. L.E.A.P. also calls for internships to be a universal graduation requirement. The initiative may be self-funded by “right-purposing” the tuition students pay to earn academic credits through work-based learning opportunities.
