Great intern supervisors are not born, they're made. That's what drives our TrainingCorps, which teaches the incumbent workforce how to prepare the emerging one.

The Training Corps is about the exponential potential of internships multiplied by the human capital among our team of certified internship supervisor training professionals.

Each TrainingCorps leader conducts a needs assessment for qualified employers and managers. He or she then provides an orientation about the Internship Seedling, with all the program management tools and training materials to create programs, guide supervisors and groom students.

The Training Corps also provides ongoing "helpdesk support," particularly to help managers maintain a steady pipeline of meaningful and challenging work.
