The Internship Institute bridges the gap between military service and civilian employment. We also hire veterans to install internships, train participants, recruit interns and create jobs for even more veterans and graduates.
WE HIRE VETS TO CREATE JOBS FOR OTHER VETS
Through our TrainingCorps program, we employ and train veterans to install internships (We call this Internship Seeding) and implement our proven best practices at employer locations, to ensure positive experiences for interns and employers. Our TrainingCorps team assists employers to recruit, train, manage and monitor interns culminating with our Certificate of Internship Program Quality.
WE HELP STUDENT VETERANS TRANSITION INTO CIVILIAN JOBS THROUGH INTERNSHIPS
High-quality internships prepare vets for civilian employment — and lead to greater employability, starting salaries and job satisfaction. Internships also can provide essential mentoring for the transition process.
In addition, we work with employers to develop “rotational internships” whereby veterans and other interns can experience a broader range of career trials to align their aptitudes and interests with their knowledge and skills and pinpoint their career goals.

We provide veteran employability education programming to help vets not only transition to the civilian workplace, but to thrive.
